• Develop and build growth within targeted Retail Pharmacy, HealthIT and Insurance Organizations • Provide leadership for the sales process and management of all cross-functional teams • Take ownership of the Enterprise Portfolio and create strategies and solutions to meet customers’ needs • Identify, explore, and analyze new opportunities to develop successful strategies • Communicate deal status to all key internal stakeholders • Educate senior leadership on industry trends and initiatives • Develop collaborative relationships with C-Level executives, team members and stakeholders
• Have a minimum of 5 years of success from B2B sales • Proven track-record of prospecting, closing new business • Experience with 'Consultative Selling' • Experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment • Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills • Knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare • Ability to effectively influence various non-reporting functions in a matrixed business structure • Able to travel as necessary, estimated 40% overnight
