📋 Description
• Be the BenefitMall subject matter expert for all non-medical group benefits products • Develop an intimate knowledge of broker firms and existing business • Fulfill production goals by selling non-medical/ancillary products • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all non-medical products and processes • Support agents/brokers to grow their clients’ business • Conduct regular follow-up calls to sell new business
🎯 Requirements
• Associates degree preferred • 3+ years’ experience in related insurance/employee benefit sales role • In-depth knowledge of ancillary/voluntary group insurance products • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
