📋 Description

• Prospect and secure new client partnerships (enterprise + mid-market) • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through close • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments • Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and MSP leaders • Drive revenue through both direct hire and contingent staffing solutions • Represent the company in industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of staffing sales experience (required) • Proven success selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, Professional Services, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to bring in new business (hunter mindset) • Experience working with MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce models • Strong network within HR / TA / Procurement communities • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
