• Foster a strong, engaged community • Be the voice and face of the studio • Seamlessly integrate community-building initiatives into the production pipeline • Extend the reach of the community through strategic outreach • Encourage and support player-generated content • Develop and execute comprehensive Community Management plans

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video game community relations • Exceptional writing and content creation skills • Experience in crafting and adhering to content schedules • Proficient in using social media tools across various platforms • Self-reviewing mindset with the ability to seek, understand, and implement feedback • Bonus: Previous experience in mobile Free-to-Play (F2P) products • Bonus: Skills in video editing and/or producing on-camera content • Bonus: Public speaking capabilities • Bonus: Background in video game QA, journalism, or community/server moderation • Bonus: A deep-seated passion for games and live operations • Bonus: Basic skills in Photoshop or equivalent content creation tools
