Description

• Lead and oversee mobile game strategy and execution in various game projects • Manage and analyze Live Operations for a seamless and engaging gaming experience • Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes to maintain high-quality standards • Manage the localization and translation processes, collaborating with translation services and translators • Establish and maintain business relationships with translation services, influencers, media outlets, survey agencies, and part-time testers • Scout and partner with talented local game developers to enhance the gaming portfolio

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the gaming industry, demonstrating a successful track record in mid-level management • Expertise in game design and monetization strategies • Experience in LiveOps or a similar role, preferably within the gaming sector • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences • Strong leadership skills with effective communication abilities • Proficiency in both English and Japanese • Based in Tokyo Area • Experience in launching at least one game title that includes live operations
