• 3 years experience in similar roles • excellent customer service over phone and email • project management with online tools like ClickUp, Google Docs • broad level of HTML / CSS / WordPress / PHP (advanced skill not required) • excellent written English to communicate directly with clients • ability to edit WordPress with Elementor • knowledge of hosting management with cPanel and others • knowledge of other web technologies is helpful such as SEO and custom development
