• Manage the Group events calendar and translate business goals into measurable event strategies • Develop briefs, budgets, timelines, and RACI plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and brand consistency • Lead concurrent in-person, hybrid, and virtual events from concept to post-event wrap-up, including sponsorship activations, venues, A/V, logistics, registrations, webinars, data privacy, and onsite execution • Partner with business, sales, and marketing teams to define audiences and content • Manage agencies, suppliers, speakers, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and align CRM/automation workflows for promotions, registrations, and post-event nurture • Oversee all event assets and materials • Track KPIs (registrations, CPL, revenue impact, engagement), ensure accurate lead capture and CRM attribution, deliver post-event reporting, and manage budgets and cost controls
• 3–5+ years’ experience in event/conference project management (B2B services, professional services) • Proven delivery across sponsorships/exhibitions, conferences, client events, and webinars • Demonstrated project management capability (Gantt/timelines, risk, budget control, stakeholder management and ASANA or similar project management tools) • Hands on with webinar and event platforms and CRM/Marketing Automation (e.g., Mailchimp) • Confident working with senior speakers and clients • Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail • End-to-end ownership from strategy to analytics • Strong stakeholder leadership and cross-functional coordination • Data-driven and ROI-focused • Customer-centric and brand-aligned • Process-oriented and scalable • Proactive problem solver • Strong project management capability
