📋 Description

• Own Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, and Messaging workflows end to end • Unify currently separate products into one continuous customer operation • Automate workflow execution so much of it happens without human click-through • Lead and grow a team of product managers • Set product management standards and coach PMs on discovery and judgment • Decide which workflows should be rebuilt agentically, simplified, or removed • Rebuild operational workflows around AI to reduce manual work and headcount requirements • Design trust models covering provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, honest failure, and rollback • Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and delivery • Contribute to decisions involving schemas, core services, bulk operations, permissions, and shared data models for UI and agents • Make creator marketing programs scalable for global brands and agencies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product • 2+ years leading product managers • Experience managing and coaching product managers • Experience owning a broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS product surface • Builder's mindset and hands-on prototyping experience • Experience using AI tools to build products • Experience rebuilding manual workflows around AI • Fluency in retrieval, tool use, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and agent autonomy boundaries • Strong product judgment for evaluating AI output, generated briefs, search results, customer requests, and roadmap items • Technical proficiency with data models, API design, schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, and third-party integrations • Ability to prioritize across teams and explain tradeoffs • Strong writing skills for asynchronous, documentation-based work • Initiative, ownership, curiosity, self-direction, and low ego • Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones • Nice to have: influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech experience • Nice to have: search, discovery, recommendation, semantic search, or multimodal search experience • Nice to have: CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle product experience • Nice to have: enterprise AI features involving governance, auditability, and permissions • Nice to have: experience hiring product managers and building a team
