📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy 10–15 high-impact AI automations each month • Replace manual processes with scalable AI-powered workflows across sales, recruitment, operations, and client success • Own the full automation lifecycle from discovery and design through deployment, optimization, documentation, and maintenance • Monitor workflow performance and improve reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and business impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and identify pain points • Translate business needs into automation solutions • Create easy-to-adopt, well-documented systems actively used by end users • Ensure automations remain stable, scalable, secure, and low maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Deploy 10–15 production-ready automations per month • Reduce manual work and hours saved • Drive workflow adoption and active usage • Deliver measurable business impact, such as meetings booked, response rates, or conversions • Maintain system reliability, accuracy, uptime, and cost efficiency • Think in systems rather than individual tasks • Identify automation opportunities proactively • Deliver quickly, test often, and iterate based on results • Prioritize business impact over automation volume • Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions • Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Experience or proficiency with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n • Experience or proficiency with OpenAI and Claude • Experience or proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Workable • Experience or proficiency with Airtable and Google Sheets • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage • Primary desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Primary device with at least 8 GB RAM • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification
