📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy 10–15 high-impact AI automations each month. • Replace manual processes with scalable AI-powered workflows across sales, recruitment, operations, and client success. • Own the full automation lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment, optimization, documentation, and maintenance. • Monitor workflow performance and improve reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and business impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into automation solutions. • Create systems that are easy to adopt, well-documented, and actively used by end users. • Ensure automations remain stable, scalable, secure, and low maintenance. • Deliver measurable outcomes including reduced manual work, hours saved, workflow adoption, meetings booked, response rates, conversions, reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency.

• Thinks in systems rather than individual tasks. • Identifies opportunities to automate before being asked. • Delivers quickly, tests often, and continuously iterates based on results. • Prioritizes business impact over automation volume. • Builds solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable across teams and clients. • Communicates technical solutions in a way that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand. • Experience or proficiency with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n. • Experience or proficiency with OpenAI or Claude. • Experience or proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Workable. • Experience or proficiency with Airtable or Google Sheets. • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage. • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor. • Minimum of 8 GB RAM. • Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and usable during power interruptions. • Functioning webcam. • Noise-canceling USB headset. • Quiet, dedicated home office space. • Smartphone for communication and verification.
