📋 Description

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research. • Qualify leads by assessing business needs, purchasing potential, and alignment with company offerings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within CRM systems and sales databases. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and effective conversion strategies. • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead progression through the sales funnel. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective wholesale customers, distributors, and business partners. • Track lead generation activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management. • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, trade shows, and other lead generation efforts. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends. • Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related role. • Experience working within the wholesale distribution industry is preferred. • Proven ability to generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools. • Preferred Skills • Lead Generation & Prospecting • Lead Qualification • CRM Management • Sales Pipeline Management • Market Research & Competitive Analysis • Relationship Building • Reporting & Analytics • Communication & Presentation Skills • Business Development • Sales Coordination
