📋 Description

• Manage large-scale programs from planning to completion by facilitating meetings with project stakeholders • Develop, analyze, and manage project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, financials, and budgets • Monitor overall project performance against plan, identify and resolve issues, and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as needed • Manage program teams, align resources with project demands, communicate goals, coordinate activities, and provide performance feedback • Manage, control, and mitigate risks across interdependent projects; establish contingency plans and manage dependencies • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, business leadership, program sponsors, and review boards • Coordinate and monitor program scheduling, pricing, and technical performance; negotiate and prepare contracts • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Track and report key metrics, communicate lessons learned, and participate in enterprise program management practices and training • Identify program risks, develop and manage risk plans, resource plans, governance structures, and change-control processes • Manage interactions among customers, vendors, and internal project team members • Handle status reporting, program estimating, monthly cost accounting, vendor invoice processing, and vendor deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English at a high proficiency level (must) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • PMP certification preferred • PgMP certification preferred • 7+ years of project management experience managing multiple medium/high-complexity projects in a matrix resource environment • 2+ years of experience leading teams • 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships • Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas and methodologies • Experience managing multi-company, cross-functional teams and/or projects • Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Strong oral and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining system-wide and external relationships • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
