Description

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex technical projects in the telecommunications sector, from initiation to closure. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. • Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success. • Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to identify deviations and take corrective actions as needed. • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including executive management, customers, and project teams. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to telecommunications projects in the EU. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, supporting their professional growth and development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and operations, to drive project success and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. • Proven experience in project management roles within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on technical projects. • Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, including mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and emerging technologies such as 5G and IoT. • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. • Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). • Willingness to travel within the EU region as needed for project meetings, workshops, and customer engagements.
