Description

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Angular and Java-based software solutions. • Architect scalable and robust software solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software design principles. • Drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance product functionality and performance. • Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance technical expertise and drive innovation within the team. • Act as a subject matter expert on Angular and Java technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders as needed. • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in software development projects. • Extensive hands-on experience with Angular and Java (Spring framework) • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (both in English and in Greek) • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. • Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
