Description
• Strategically build and execute the digital marketing strategy in close collaboration with multiple teams. • Set up ad campaigns and media buying based on real-time data. • Plan and implement the advertising campaign and analysis process, keeping in mind the vision and KPIs. • Analyze and report the results of the marketing campaigns based on the set KPIs. • Work in close collaboration with the award-winning Creative Service team, social media and Community manager team, Production, and Graphic Designers to plan and execute the campaigns. • Act as caretaker for the brands represented by Crytek. • Actively drive market research. • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience in marketing management within the video games industry, including 2+ years of leadership experience • Proven experience with published games, ideally live service games • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time data analysis • A passion for gaming including a good understanding of the gaming industry and current trends • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
