• Lead the email & SMS campaign creation process from start to finish including template creation, image slicing, placing creatives within emails, audience segmentation, email testing, and final campaign launch. • Work collaboratively with our internal creative team to manage emails from intake to campaign execution. • Suggest testing opportunities to improve performance within email/SMS and execute testing from ideation to analysis. • Contribute to the monthly marketing campaign planning process as a key stakeholder. • Lead the development of personalization capabilities to support channel growth and help drive business performance. • Manage the daily quality assurance process with various stakeholders from ecom-merchandising and creative to ensure the on-time delivery and accuracy of campaigns. • Partner with email & SMS platform vendors to adopt best practices and improve performance. • Drive improvement in email processes to operate more effectively through collaboration with cross-divisional teams. • Communicate closely with the creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams. • Work closely with the Email + SMS manager to analyze campaign performance and suggest recommendations for improving channel performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. • 1-3 years of relevant email work experience. • Experience with the following email/SMS, analytics, and creative tools is a plus (Emarsys, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Suite, Canva). • HTML and CSS email coding experience is a plus. • Retail experience a plus. • Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment. • Interest in email space and desire to become a subject-matter expert in email best practices. • Most importantly, you must be someone who is a self-starter, has a positive attitude, and is open to learning.
