📋 Description

• Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to assigned book of business that maintains high customer satisfaction. • Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map how Market Leader helps solve their problems. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader, specifically understanding the importance of lead generation and pipeline management for a real estate agent. • Effectively handle and react to common objections from customers while maintaining composure. • Proactively manage your schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives. • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing internal feedback on how we can maximize customer value and resolve customer concerns with urgency. • Work with team members to assist and resolve client requests or cancellation inquiries.
