📋 Description

• Manage and oversee procurement, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation • Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for production schedules • Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory controls • Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to forecast material requirements • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation • Track and analyze inventory KPIs, including turnover, shrinkage, and lead times • Provide regular inventory reports to management • Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, procurement processes, and vendor relations • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4.00 GB computer memory/RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections • Required noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port • Required webcam capable of at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording
