Description
• Experience or interest in security and smart home, ready to be a leader • Develop and execute highly successful marketing campaigns targeting CDMX and other regions, with a focus on driving awareness and adoption of cuid's security solutions • Help establish marketing channels from scratch, working to identify the most effective platforms and strategies for reaching our target audience • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within budget • Continuously test and experiment with various marketing channels and tactics to find the most efficient and scalable solutions • Foster engagement and growth in cuid's online community, ensuring that our message reaches a broader audience • Restless thinker and doer • Top-notch communication skills and organisational abilities • Technical skills, analysis, mistake-free writing, traditional marketing knowledge
Requirements
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech startup environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Analytics tools - organic and paid (Google Ads manager, Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok for Business, YouTube Advertising and/or similar) • Experience with A/B testing • Statistics and Excel (optimalisation) • Budgeting skills • Excellent Spanish (Mexico) and English • Experience in the alarm and security industry • Behavioural psychology • Advanced statistics • Sales and growth • Content creation (photo, video - Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and/or similar)
