📋 Description

• Support the business development and go-to-market teams through research, analysis, and structured preparation of strategic materials • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth • Monitor relevant markets and international developments and prepare findings in a clear and structured format • Interpret research results, formulate key learnings, and derive actionable recommendations • Support business development projects, market expansion activities, and operational tasks • Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation of new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Sports Management, or a related field • Strong analytical mindset • Structured way of working • High level of attention to detail • Confident using Excel and PowerPoint • First experience with data analysis tools is a plus • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken • Strong interest in business development, innovation, sports management, market analysis, and growth initiatives • Proactive, motivated, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
