📋 Description

• Lead Solentra’s Enterprise Selling strategy targeting large agribusiness and enterprise customers • Develop and execute account plans for strategic enterprise clients across multiple Cultura businesses • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with Solentra and Cultura growth objectives • Mentor and enable business unit leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or commercial leadership • Proven track record in business development, sales, or management within the global agri-food industry • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills • Knowledge of software technology and its impact on business • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset • Strong collaboration and influence skills • Executive presence and communication ability
