Description
• Drive best practice processes and perform supportive tasks to improve customers' use of information technology, including Epicor Kinetic software. • Revolutionize the way manufacturers operate by optimizing CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management through innovative ERP solutions. • Support custom-tailored, high-quality financial deliverables and provide efficient customer service. • Contribute to the success of ERP projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Finance or related) or equivalent experience preferred. • 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required. • Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and International Financial Reporting Standards. • Experience developing and improving business processes for financial management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred. • Ability to travel 10% for customer engagements. • Passionate about continuous improvement and personal development.
Benefits
