Description

• Curai Health is an AI-powered virtual clinic on a mission to improve access to care at scale. • Curai Health enables its dedicated, specially trained clinicians to deliver primary care to more people at a fraction of the cost. • Curai Health partners with insurers and health systems to keep patients engaged in their care over time, improving health outcomes and reducing costs. • Product Management at Curai is organized into 'pods,' vertically integrated and cross-functional teams responsible for product success in a given area. • The Senior Product Manager will lead the Patient Communication pod, focusing on AI-driven engagement agents, clinician interactions, multimodal and multichannel communication, and UI/UX development. • The role involves being a self-starting doer, clarity creator, and polishing product experiences. • The Product Manager will act as the directly responsible individual for the pod's projects, roadmap, and deepening their product expertise. • Collaboration with colleagues and involvement in team meetings is essential for alignment and support. • Excellent communication skills and experience delivering AI-enabled products are also required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience • Bachelor’s degree • Demonstrated history of translating product data/insights into actionable plans • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Enough engineering understanding and data science literacy to assess technical tradeoffs and interpret analyses • Strong organizational and time management skills • Nice to have: experience working with generative AI, healthcare industry experience, IC work experience in a related adjacent function
