📋 Description

• Build, manage and scale Meta and Google campaigns — from campaign structure and budget management to scaling and continuous optimization focused on cost per lead. • Analyze KPIs such as CPM, frequency, CTR, CPL and CAC, and derive concrete optimization measures. • Design and optimize converting funnels and landing pages, including copywriting and A/B tests. • Set up clean ad tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) and Tag Manager, and ensure data quality. • Work closely with the creative team to develop new ad tests and creative ideas based on data.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience running Meta Ads • Google Ads experience is a plus but not required • Confident use of funnel builders such as Onepage and Perspective • Solid understanding of funnel stages, audience-targeted messaging and conversion rates • Experience setting up and auditing pixel tracking • Strong copywriting skills for funnels and ad copy • Good communication skills for client-facing communication • Advantageous: experience with automations, e.g., Zapier
