• Analyze founders' initial plans and develop optimal strategies • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of experiment plans • Assist in developing fundraising strategies and budgets • Collaborate with founders, internal team, and alliance management • Set up founders for success by coaching them on project management best practices

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry • Strong project/program/portfolio management background • Experience leading cross-functional drug discovery teams • Familiarity with early research projects and processes • Knowledge of early development and regulatory submissions • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and drive results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
