📋 Description

• Lead program management activities and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities • Establish governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and enable delivery across multiple initiatives • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement • Manage and maintain integrated program and project plans • Drive PMO governance, reporting, and delivery standards • Support team operations and leadership cadence • Manage project and team financials, including budgets and forecasting • Ensure alignment across Salesforce, GenAI, and regional harmonization programs • Coordinate delivery execution, project governance, and financial management across regional Advisory initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PMO, program management, or business operations within a fast-paced, global organization • Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across regions • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence at all levels • Proactive and detail-oriented approach • Passion for improving processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments • Experience using project management and reporting tools to support decision-making
