📋 Description

• Lead program management activities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities • Establish robust governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight to provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and enable seamless delivery across multiple initiatives • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in PMO, program management, or business operations within a fast-paced, global organization • Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across regions • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and using project management and reporting tools to support decision-making
