Description
• Engage with clients from pre-sales to post-implementation • Offer technical sales support • Provide field application engineering support • Conduct product knowledge transfer • Manage customer relationships with a technical edge • Collaborate for product enhancement
Requirements
• Proficiency in English • Strong understanding of network configurations and protocols • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting applications on various operating systems • Skilled in using remote support software tools • Experience in log file inspection and analysis • Knowledge of measuring software performance • Basic scripting skills • Basic experience in computer vision and machine learning • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level customers • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Excellent communication and training skills • Strong team player • Openness to feedback and interest in the latest trends in computer vision technology
