Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree is a plus • Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of direct recruitment strategies • Knowledge of luxury industry and key players • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools • Effective communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with CRM Marketing tools, design tools, AI tools
