• Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for Insider Risk Management and AI-driven solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that address key insider threat challenges. • Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help Cyberhaven identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning. • Lead AI product development initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to address insider threats effectively. • Prioritize product roadmap to follow the product vision while ensuring that product is easy to sell and empowers sales to achieve near- and long-term revenue objectives. • Communicate product requirements and vision to the Engineering team. Write, edit and prioritize user stories; track user stories as they’re developed; set, track and enforce the Definition of Done. • Be an external spokesperson for the company, maintain social media presence and speak at conferences. Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches.
• 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses • Experience with Insider Risk Management, UEBA, DLP, CASB or other similar areas of security is required. • Experience managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams • Must be comfortable, effective, and clear at communicating with company executives, customers, and engineers, and collaborate with a variety of internal groups including customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales • Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, as well as the ability to leverage your existing network to gather market and product intelligence • Deeply understand technology, have a strong intuition to estimate the complexity of product features, and ability to speak a common language with the engineers • Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms, building a product that meets the needs of large enterprises (RBAC, Directory Integration, etc.) • Proven history of developing products that can meet the needs of a wide variety of large enterprise customers, yet can be built efficiently by engineering • Experience working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern user interfaces that simplify the lives our customers • Experience with data-driven approach to product decisions • Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European time zone and other teams in the US time zones • Located in the US
