• Lead the project from initiation to completion, ensuring effective project governance and adherence to timelines. • Facilitate clear communication and manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and manage project dependencies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive progress. • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring alignment with application migration objectives and delivering comprehensive updates. • Monitor and track the progress of internal teams and external vendors, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. • Possess a foundational understanding of SAP on-prem technology and application migration principles. • Implement and adhere to a governance model for tracking project activities, issues, risks, and dependencies. • Conduct team meetings efficiently, utilizing appropriate project management tools for effective collaboration. • Maintain detailed reporting on project status, risks, financials, and roadmap.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, preferably in infrastructure projects. • Understanding of basic principles of application migration. • Previous experience in SAP on-prem solution implementation is desirable. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage projects from initiation to closure. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. • Ability to analyze and manage project risks and dependencies effectively. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
