📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for both sites, including budget, results, and personnel responsibility, as well as management of the day-to-day operations • Establishment and implementation of processes at the new site, including recruitment, infrastructure and system rollout • Ensuring contractually agreed services and continuously monitoring and optimizing relevant KPIs in close cooperation with the customer • Disciplinary and technical leadership of all site employees, including middle management – with a focus on motivation, goal orientation and collaboration • Maintaining a transparent, clear and appreciative communication culture that fosters a high-performance, cooperative working environment • Identifying optimization potential in ongoing operations and implementing measures to increase efficiency, quality and productivity • Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant legal and internal regulations, particularly in the areas of occupational health & safety, quality management and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a logistics site, ideally in the contract logistics environment • Proven ability to lead and develop teams and to manage complex customer requirements • Strong understanding of logistics processes and KPI-driven control of logistics services • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented, structured working style • Confident customer-facing presence and the ability to continuously develop processes and structures • Knowledge of labor law, occupational health & safety, and quality and process management
