📋 Description

• Maintain and manage a specific territory of key accounts by providing advanced service and technical support to customers • Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations and/or technical seminars • Attend local vendor shows and company-sponsored trade shows • Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers with new and existing customers • Ensure assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals • Work with the Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a resource for colleagues, including coaching, mentoring, and training • Report to the District Sales Manager as part of the Phenomenex Benelux team • Work remotely from home to cover customers in the Netherlands and Flanders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science required • Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue across a group or team, communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a new or different point of view • Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet the needs of the business • Advanced knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation • Demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities • Good knowledge of Chromatography • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% based on the needs of the territory • Must have a valid driver’s license
