• Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned customers within South Moravia and additional regions as needed • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned territory • Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals and contractual documentation • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer requests, escalations and complaints
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology • Multiple years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles within clinical diagnostics or laboratory environments • Very good command of spoken and written in Czech and English • Ability to travel extensively (approx. 85%)
