📋 Description

• Conduct service, repair and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites • Diagnose system failures and determine cost-effective solutions • Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory • Install and maintain digital pathology devices • Perform updates and upgrades according to manufacturer guidelines • Act as a competent point of contact for customers • Provide technical support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or medical technology, with initial experience in service • Experience in field service or a related area, preferably with medical devices • Knowledge and practical experience with standard software (MS Office, SAP), IT networks, electronics and precision mechanics • Knowledge of network configuration and setup, e.g., firewalls and TCP/IP networks • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtual machines, and SQL • Knowledge of integration solutions for digital pathology and software installations is an advantage • Proven ability to independently learn and gain experience in technical areas • Ability to safely lift and move up to 25 kg • Valid Class B driver's license • Ability to quickly analyze complex systems • Flexibility and a high willingness to travel • Confident and professional demeanour when dealing with customers • Excellent German skills, spoken and written • Excellent English skills, spoken and written
