📋 Description

• Calculate sales commissions and lead initiatives to automate and streamline the commission process • Oversee the accuracy of sales forecasts and ensure CRM data integrity • Oversee the fulfillment of sales processes • Create and update CRM reports and dashboards for performance metrics visibility • Act as a champion for sales tools and provide ongoing user support • Address inquiries from the sales team regarding tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in calculating and managing sales commission processes • Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Fluent in English • Strong organizational skills, accountable, efficient, proactive, and communicative
