It unifies ad platforms, attribution tools, and even ChatGPT prompts into a single dashboard to surface visual ad insights, speed creative reporting, and provide actionable recommendations for creative testing and optimization.

📋 Description

• Manage and develop e-commerce and agency customers • Analyze existing setups and identify optimization opportunities • Support the more effective integration of DatAds into customers’ daily processes • Conduct regular customer calls • Provide support via Slack • Provide strategic guidance on creatives and campaigns • Identify growth opportunities among existing customers • Proactively reach out to inactive or former leads via the CRM • Create copy, emails, and short updates for customer retention, communicating success, and supporting sales activities • Work closely with founders Max and Daniel • Contribute your own ideas and continuously improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance advertising, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok • Experience in both hands-on campaign management and strategic development • Ideally, experience at an agency or as a freelancer • Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach • Growth mindset and strong self-motivation • Confident, personable communication with customers, both in writing and on video calls • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
