📋 Description

• Project and service management in client projects • Advising clients on digitization and process optimization through ECM/DMS • Analyzing customer requirements and developing technical concepts • Configuration and customization of ECM/DMS • Redesigning processes and supporting the implementation of document-based systems • Consulting on, defining, and preparing digital organizational workflows • Conducting ECM/DMS training for key users and end users • Developing project and digitization strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or vocational training in IT or document management with relevant professional experience • Several years of professional experience in project or process management • Preferably project experience in the ECM/DMS domain • Enthusiasm for new technologies • Ability to explain complex topics clearly • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset • Proactive communication skills • Ideally experience in the functional leadership of team members • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
