📋 Description

• Central steering and orchestration role for strategy, processes, resources and operational implementation • Interface between management, delivery, finance, HR and the Business Transformation Office • Creating transparency, stability and scalability in day-to-day operations • Management of business operating processes end-to-end • Continuous improvement of processes and governance structures • Supporting transformation and growth initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation • Establishment of a KPI, forecasting and reporting system • Prioritization of initiatives • Translating strategic objectives into concrete and measurable actions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Digital Transformation or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in Business Operating, PMO or a comparable program/control function • Solid understanding of service, delivery and operating models • Experience in transformation and scaling projects • Ability to strategically develop operational processes and align them with growth objectives • Strong commercial/business acumen • Experience with KPIs and reporting • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Confident interaction with management and various stakeholders at all levels • Excellent German skills (C2) • Good English skills, spoken and written
