Description

• Develop strong eCommerce expertise and product proficiency • Listen to, analyze, and understand customers' challenges and business needs • Help customers achieve their business goals and ROI • Provide hands-on proactive support to customers • Increase customers' usage and retention • Monitor performance through key Customer Success KPIs • Stay up to date with product developments and communicate market needs to the Product team • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams • Customize dashboards during customers' onboarding • Develop customer success collaterals

Requirements

• Curiosity, passion, and a willingness to take on challenges • Creative problem-solving skills • Strong experience working for an Amazon seller, brand, or agency • Customer-facing experience, preferably as a CSM or AM in a SaaS company • Fluent in English • Effective and empathetic listener • Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills • Highly analytical • Bonus Skills: Interest in data visualization, knowledge of BI solutions, fluency in Spanish or German
