• Manage month end closing tasks for multiple entities to include preparation and/or review of journal entries and related support, variance review, and request data from other individuals for use in analysis.

• Experience with a variety of accounting software suites (Netsuite, Blackline, Expensify, Coupa).
• Ideally someone who has prior leadership experience.

• The Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer will be in charge of Dataiku's Enterprise Systems.
• The main scope covers the large SaaS-based enterprise systems operated by Dataiku for the Finance, Revenue and People Departments.
• Currently, these systems are Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa and Workday.
• The area of responsibility consists in managing the corporate IT aspects for these systems, including: Configuration Security Compliance with Dataiku policies and certifications Business continuity Integrations With Dataiku's core IT platform (Identity and collaboration tools) Data exchange between these systems or with external ones Migration and new systems deployments
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to: identify gaps and design automated solutions ensure consistency of technical approaches, development standards and global IT configurations

• Developing a SaaS portal associated with the managed service offering.
• Participation in the design and implementation of a SaaS portal associated with the managed service offering.
