Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations • Engage with employees across all levels • Support and report into Chief Operating Officer • Develop and mentor finance team • Prepare financial reports and analysis • Oversee audit and tax services • Collaborate on government and regulatory filings • Lead organizational budgeting process • Implement improvements to accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA certification preferred • 5 or more years of accounting experience required • 5 or more years of public accounting experience strongly preferred • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • High level of proficiency with QuickBooks • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Exposure to Google Workspace preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior staff or team management experience strongly preferred • Experience collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization • Analytical thinker with a passion for metrics and detail-oriented yet focused on the big picture
