📋 Description

• Strategic Research: Study potential clients (ICP), dive deep into their market and analyze competitors (benchmarking). • Consultative Qualification: Perform thorough pre-qualification of leads, being curious and probing to diagnose business pain points and understand their commercial/sales process. • Active Prospecting: Conduct personalized outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, video) to senior decision-makers, with a primary focus on our Enterprise ICP. • Solution Alignment: Identify opportunities and connect customer needs to our solutions (Prospecting, Enrichment, Consultation), demonstrating the ROI of a database with more than 80% accuracy. • Performance Analysis: Produce activity reports (lead volume, calls, conversion rates) and analyze metrics to optimize the approach. • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams, proposing new outreach methods and improvements to cadence flows. • Pipeline Management: Keep all activity records rigorously updated in our CRM (Salesforce). • Continuous Development: Participate in training, roleplays and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our solutions and LGPD.

• Ownership Mindset: Proactivity, self-motivation and a focus on high performance and results, not just on completing tasks. • Exceptional Communication: Able to be communicative and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives. • Emotional Intelligence and Resilience: Persuasion and negotiation skills, not afraid of hearing “no” and driven to turn them into “yeses”. • Proven Experience: Solid background in pre-sales (BDR/SDR) in the B2B market, preferably in technology, SaaS, or data provider companies. • Healthy Competitiveness: Enjoys meeting targets and is driven by challenges. • Organization: Ability to manage multiple cadences and priorities simultaneously.
