📋 Description

• Provide technical support for customers using medical devices, including troubleshooting device issues • Guide customers on product functionality • Coordinate repair or replacement processes when needed • Deliver customer support and accurate documentation • Follow compliance and support procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Polish at C2 level and English at C1 level • High School Diploma • Customer Service skills • Technical Support skills • Complaint Handling skills • Troubleshooting skills • Call Center Experience • Strong Communication skills • Problem Solving skills • Professional experience is preferred but not required.
