• Serves as the primary strategic partner for Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) and Regional Operations Directors (RODs) • Builds trust by proactively bringing new ideas, identifying growth opportunities, and independently leading market strategy • Takes full ownership of the growth pipeline, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and new service offerings (e.g., Value-Based Care) • Acts as the primary "door opener" for DaVita in the assigned market • Prepares materials and presentations with high autonomy and strategic depth • Synthesize complex information and data to present actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field required • MBA or MHA strongly preferred • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations required • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior operations leaders and external partners required • Strong financial acumen and experience with healthcare M&A, value-based care, or joint ventures preferred • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. • Travel: Up to 30-40% travel within the assigned region/markets.
