• Responsible for building an engaged and passionate community • Producing mind-blowing experiences • Promoting events to relevant audiences • Finding venues, sourcing talent, cultivating a volunteer production team, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, creating local partnerships, and producing monthly events • Concentrating on creating experiences that participants will never forget

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset and independent approach to work • Several years of large-scale event production experience • A strong network of influencers, creatives, doers • Phenomenal community-building background • Cultural savvy in city • A flexible schedule • A big heart and love for dance music • Active in startup/tech industry, health & wellness world, and/or local arts & culture community • Know-how in producing great events start-to-finish • Be a Burning Man participant (ideally)
