It is aimed at employers and HR/people teams to manage the full employee lifecycle and payroll processing in real time.

📋 Description

• Agency Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new revenue through the sales of the company’s services. • Work directly with executives and key personnel to identify and pursue new opportunities. • Maintain CRM daily with customer contacts, calls, meetings and details. • Conduct a minimum quarterly visit to all customers in assigned territory. • Communicates with Sales leadership on a regular basis. • Participate in trade shows and/or sales conferences. • Stay abreast on current trends and industry regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong Oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and handheld devices. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills. • Must successfully pass a criminal history background check. • 3-5 years’ experience in Title Insurance/Settlement Services Sales preferred. • Title Marketing License or able to qualify and obtain the license with the Department of Insurance.
