Description

• Looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Writer to join the Product Documentation team • Documenting new features, supporting other writers, troubleshooting issues, peer reviewing • Partnering closely with Product Managers and Developer Experience team • Contributing to a critical team of Senior Writers • Opportunity for gaining technical writing experience for a developer product • Offering guidance and rewording suggestions for peer work • Learning to ask questions of PM and advocate for new users when documenting a feature

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience writing technical documentation on a formal documentation team, or as part of another function • Ability to compassionately give and receive editorial and technical feedback • Communicates clearly and concisely, especially when working asynchronously or with a distributed team • Preferred experience working collaboratively with other writers, editors, and teams • A plus if you have experience contributing to or maintaining an open source project
