📋 Description

• Handling support tickets and monitoring events within the Operations team at the 2nd and 3rd level • Independent remote administration of customer systems with a high degree of responsibility for fault analysis and remediation • Designing and implementing optimization measures • Performing system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies, including our own hospital information system Orbis®) • Working closely with project management, third-party vendors and colleagues from other departments • Implementing extensions and upgrades of the existing IT infrastructure and supporting troubleshooting and performance analysis • Taking overall technical responsibility within the project

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a technical degree • Solid knowledge in several of the following areas (or the motivation to acquire it): Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies, etc. • A high level of reliability and a confident approach to customers • A consistently customer- and service-oriented attitude • An independent and goal-oriented working style • Good communication skills, strong team orientation and resilience • Very good German and good English language skills
