📋 Description

• Internal knowledge transfer on new products and features of the requirements and findings platform ix.serv / ix.connect • Planning and conducting internal training for colleagues in Service and Support • Creation of internal functional and configuration documentation • Support of pilot projects • Assisting Product Managers in designing new products and features, particularly with regard to serviceability • Assisting Product Managers with the acceptance of new products and features

🎯 Requirements

• Education/degree and experience in the Healthcare IT or laboratory sector • Very good knowledge of workflows and processes at sample senders • Good knowledge of Order Entry systems, in particular ix.serv / ix.connect, is an advantage • Experience in planning and delivering training • Strong service and customer orientation and high quality awareness • Confident presence with customers and colleagues • Enjoy working in a team • Good German language skills and strong communication skills
