⢠Own and execute the complete sales cycle for Deel IT with SMB customers ⢠Hunt and close net-new logos and negotiate complex commercial deals ⢠Articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win customers ⢠Build and maintain strong sales pipeline and partner with BDRs ⢠Forecast sales accurately and manage pipeline gaps proactively ⢠Collaborate with internal teams across the company to deliver results
⢠2+ years of sales quota carrying experience (ideally in IT SaaS such as MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, or SaaS procurement) ⢠Experience selling to SMB (up to 200 employees) and success as a net new logo hunter ⢠Strong background in closing B2B software-led product deals ⢠Ownership of complete sales cycle and ability to navigate complex commercial deals ⢠Ability to build pipelines and partner with a BDR ⢠Accurate sales forecasting and accountability ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills ⢠Experience collaborating across teams in a growing company ⢠Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment ⢠English fluency (speak, read, and write)
