📋 Description

• Oversee the creative and quality elements of dubbing projects from start to finish • Lead casting decisions and ensure the right voices bring every story to life • Drive script adaptation and create compelling creative briefs • Own quality assurance and ensure every dubbed project meets the highest standards • Work independently across multiple productions with authority and creative excellence • Work on film, TV, and digital content projects using AI dubbing tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in dubbing direction, adaptation, performance, or voice acting in the Media & Entertainment industry • At least 2 years of experience in AI dubbing tools/platforms • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools • Audio or video editing skills • Strong English communication skills • Italian spoken and written
